Hi, I tried to upgrade to the latest version of gimp and it would not install. I tried going back to the previous version but that would not install so now I can not use gimp anymore. A real shame as it is such a good program. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If your Mac is running Catalina, make sure you are installing GIMP version 2.10.14; if you are running Microsoft WIndows make sure you have the right GIMP veriosn (32 or 64 bit) for your operating system. If you are running Linux, the distribution shoudl package GIMP. If that doesn't help, please can you give us some more details? For example were youable to complete the download? What operating system? What exactly happens whenyou try the install? Are there error messages? Is ther anythingunusual about your coputer setup we shuold know?
