Compile gimp on windows

I'm trying to compile gimp on windows 10, can anyone help?

You are getting some errors when building the dependencies. Please solve them
before  you proceed.

Check if you have a valid PREFIX variable. Had that problem once.

what does

echo $PREFIX

output?
